Yes, the whole process is pleasant and smooth. By the way, I think the site deserves a lot of credit. Their dolls look great, even the TPE bodies look very realistic. At first I was a bit sad that there was no option to order a second pair of eyes – I really wanted to order the doll with blue and brown eyes.
