As another reviewer described, the seller is “The Flash” who is incredibly fast, even responding to emails asking many questions. The doll arrived quickly, within a week of the order being completed. Everything was very well packaged and just as described. I will definitely be using this site for my second doll, as I had the experience of ruining this doll and my new owner had many flaws.
