Yes, they are legit. Staff at customer service are super helpful. The factory in China will send pictures for you to review. (There are many stories the doll arrive looking differently than the picture). They work patiently with me with the factory in China until the make up matches the website pictures. She look amazing and I still enjoy every day. It is super realistic to the eye and touch. This is the reason I choose this website over other vendor.
